New Towable Brand Says It Plans to Start U.S. Deliveries in December 2026
A new trailer brand has formally entered the U.S. market.
Skydream held its North American brand launch in San Jose, California, on March 23, where it introduced its flagship travel trailer, called Space Camping, to dealers, media, and partners. The company says the event marks the beginning of its North American dealer network buildout, with first deliveries targeted for December 2026.
According to Skydream, the prototype trailer includes hydraulic suspension designed to address sway in real time, automotive-grade braking, electric motor-assist axles, automated hitching, and an auto-park system intended to help position the trailer at a campsite. The company also says the interior systems can be controlled by voice, app, or touch, with cabin functions such as temperature, lighting, power, and security managed through one connected platform.

Technology Focused RV
Skydream is presenting the trailer as a technology-focused entry in the towable market. Its launch materials say the company assembled talent from the autonomous driving, new energy, and smart home sectors as part of the project.
What is less clear at this stage is how the trailer will move from launch event to retail product in the U.S. While the company says it is beginning dealer network development in North America, it has not publicly detailed pricing, final production specifications, or where U.S.-market units will be built.
Where Will the RV Be Manufactured?
That manufacturing question may matter. On its company page, Skydream says it has coordinated manufacturing bases in China and Australia. The company is operating in the U.S. as Skydream Technology California LLC, but its published materials reviewed for this story do not say whether American-market units will be manufactured in the United States.
For now, this is mainly an announcement of intent: a company launch, a prototype showcase, and a stated plan to build out a dealer network ahead of a proposed December 2026 delivery window.
