Storyteller Overland has announced the Grand Bohemian, a new micro camper built on the INEOS Grenadier SUV platform and aimed at travelers who want one vehicle to handle daily driving, weekend adventures, and longer overland trips.

The company says the Grand Bohemian is designed to move between everyday use and remote travel with a combination of compact size and serious capability. Drawing from the spirit and heritage of global overlanding, Storyteller says the new model is built for travelers who want to explore rugged terrain and still drive the same vehicle home afterward.

The Grand Bohemian also joins a growing field of micro camper and overland SUV camper builds designed for travelers who want off-road capability without moving into a larger RV. Built on the INEOS Grenadier, it reflects increasing interest in compact adventure vehicles that can serve as both a daily driver and a capable off-grid camper.

Built for Overland Travel

The Grand Bohemian is powered by a BMW 3.0-liter engine and rides on EVICTUS Prerunner suspension. It also includes several off-road-focused upgrades, including a front-mounted winch, auxiliary lighting, and twin onboard air compressors.

Storyteller is positioning the Grand Bohemian as more than a simple camper conversion. Instead, it is aimed at owners who want to go from commuting to camping to extended travel without stepping up into a much larger expedition rig.

Compact Size, Expanded Living Space

Part of the appeal may be the smaller footprint. By building on the INEOS Grenadier platform, Storyteller is targeting buyers who want serious off-road capability in a more compact package than a traditional camper van or truck camper.

Up top, a fully integrated Alu-Cab roof conversion creates a low-profile sleeping setup while traveling and opens up to provide standing room when deployed. A 270-degree shadow awning expands the outdoor living space, giving campers more usable room once they reach camp.

Off-Grid Features Included

For off-grid travel, the Grand Bohemian includes up to 400 watts of solar, 10.5 gallons of filtered fresh water, and a gasoline-powered heating system that supplies both cabin heat and hot water.

Those features give the vehicle self-contained camping capability while keeping the platform compact enough to remain practical for everyday use.

A New Option in the Micro Camper Market

The Grand Bohemian enters a growing market of adventure-focused campers that blur the line between SUV, expedition vehicle, and compact RV. For travelers who value maneuverability and off-road performance over interior living space, Storyteller’s latest model could offer an interesting alternative.

As more RVers and overlanders look for smaller, more versatile rigs, the Grand Bohemian may stand out as an option for those who want a capable vehicle for both daily life and off-grid travel.
