Remote Vans has named Andrew Cooley, co-founder of Storyteller Overland, as its new president, bringing one of the best-known leaders in the adventure van segment to the growing Class B RV manufacturer.

The company announced Thursday that Cooley will oversee national sales, dealer relations, strategic partnerships, customer experience, product strategy, service network development, and long-term business growth as Remote Vans continues expanding across North America.

Cooley Helped Shape the Modern Adventure Van Market

Cooley spent more than seven years helping build Storyteller Overland into one of the most recognizable brands in the Class B adventure van market. During that time, the company became known for helping popularize the modern adventure van lifestyle and expanding interest in premium camper vans.

According to Remote Vans, Cooley will work alongside CEO Daryn Hillhouse to guide future vehicle layouts, floorplans, product features, and overall product strategy as customer expectations continue to evolve.

Remote Vans Continues Expansion

The leadership announcement comes as Remote Vans continues to grow its dealer network, increase manufacturing capacity, and invest in customer support and service. The company said Cooley will play a key role in expanding dealer relationships, improving warranty and service responsiveness, strengthening strategic partnerships, and helping shape future products.

In a statement, Cooley said he was drawn to the company’s culture and long-term vision.

“Remote Vans has built something genuinely special,” Cooley said. “The culture is authentic, the team is passionate, and the opportunities ahead are extraordinary.”

CEO Daryn Hillhouse called Cooley “one of the most influential leaders” in the adventure van industry and said his experience and relationships will help guide the company’s next phase of growth.
