Ford is recalling 422,613 vehicles in the U.S. because windshield wiper arms can fail, reducing visibility and increasing the risk of a crash.
The recall includes certain 2021-2023 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator models, along with several 2022-2023 Ford Super Duty trucks.
According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the wiper arms may break or detach. Dealers will inspect the vehicles and replace the wiper arms as needed at no cost to owners.

Ford says owner notification letters warning about the safety risk are expected to begin mailing April 13, 2026. A second letter will be sent once the repair is available.
The recall covers these vehicles:
- 2021-2023 Lincoln Navigator
- 2021-2023 Ford Expedition
- 2022-2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty
- 2022-2023 Ford F-350 Super Duty
- 2022-2023 Ford F-450 Super Duty
