The Prairie State’s 2020 camping guide is now available in printed and digital formats through the Illinois Campground Association (ICA), which hosts a mobile-friendly travel planning website at www.IllinoisGoCaming.com.
“It’s a beautiful, yet practical guide. We think consumers are going to love it!” said ICA President Walter Freemen, who also co-owns and operates the Benton KOA Journey campground in Benton. He said ICA printed 45,000 copies of the guide this year.
The guide features write-ups on 40 campgrounds and includes a two-page travel planning map as well as a grid that allows consumers to quickly see which campgrounds offer 26 different types of amenities and services, from tent camping to rental accommodations to cable TV and Wi-Fi.
The print version is available at visitors’ centers, campgrounds and RV dealerships across the Midwest, and will be popping up at many upcoming RV shows. Check out the digital version now at www.IllinoisGoCampground.com.
