OvernightRVParking.com, one of the best resources for finding free overnight parking locations, has been acquired by Togo RV, and will join the Togo RV App. Founded in 2008, Overnight RV Parking is a paid membership site that is distinctive due to its large, accurate database of 15,000 locations that are carefully reviewed and validated.
“The Togo Group team has a commitment to the RVing experience that will allow Overnight RV Parking to further fulfill our original mission of helping RVers more easily find boondocking locations,” said Jim O’Briant, co-founder of Overnight RV Parking. “Better yet, being part of Togo creates a much better experience for our current users and preserves the service for years to come.”
The parking directory service will be integrated into the Togo RV app as an added benefit for premium subscribers. This allows the service to reach more than 300,000 RVers who have downloaded the Togo RV app. Existing Overnight RV Parking customers will be upgraded to the full suite of premium features and benefits of Togo RV Plus.

O’Briant, who has more than two decades of experience as an RVer and is a respected contributor to the RVing community, will remain on to run Overnight RV Parking. Co-founder Melanie Dumas Grimm will also remain through the transition as technical advisor.
OvernightRVParking.com joins trip planning software Roadtrippers and RV social network RVillage as acquisitions by Togo Group. The Togo RV app is free to download and use, with checklists, recall notices, maintenance reminders, and more. The paid version is $39 per year, and includes turn-by-turn RV-friendly GPS navigation, full access to Roadtrippers Plus trip-planning software, and now, access to Overnight RV Parking’s database.
