Escapees RV Club says it has surpassed 100,000 memberships, a major milestone for one of the best-known RV membership organizations in North America.
Founded in 1978, the club says those memberships now represent about 160,000 members. Escapees is known for services like mail forwarding, educational programs, events, advocacy, and a network of parks and co-ops for RV travelers.
The milestone comes after a major transition for the organization. Harvest Hosts acquired the Escapees membership business in July 2024, including memberships, events, education, and community services.
Escapees Mail Service and Escapees RV Parks were not part of that deal and continued to be operated by Travis and Melanie Carr.
In a statement, Harvest Hosts CEO Joel Holland said the milestone reflects the strength of the Escapees community and its long-running mission to support RVers on the road.
