After a break, we chat fresh tank/black tank and this week Jason is loving Forest River’s TikTok channel, especially the Riverstone. His black tank goes to a Jellystone in California that is raising it’s monthly rental rates from $1,200 to over $3,000 during the summer months. Is this a case of forgetting about the hand that feeds you? Monthly rentals keep a lot of campgrounds alive during slow seasons.
