This week, it’s the third anniversary of the RV Miles Podcast! We travel from Durango to Ouray, Colorado on the Million Dollar Highway. Plus, how to boondock with a residential fridge, how to check your transmission temperature, and more!

We made it! Three-years of RV Miles, three-years of community, laughter, struggles, adventures and so much more. Thank you to everyone who has spent time with us, supported us and encouraged us to keep going.

Thank you to our current and past sponsors for taking a chance on our show and knowing that our audience loves this life just as much as we do. And a very big thanks to our friends at L.L.Bean – we’ve been partnering with them for almost two-years now, and we appreciate their belief in us, and their desire to see everyone #BeanOutsider.

Now, on with the show!

This week, we answer a RV Miles Facebook members question about residential fridges and boondocking, plus Jason shares a little insight on transmission temps and mountain passes (while Abby sweats it out just thinking about another mountain pass).

You can watch our drive over Wolf Creek Pass, and get a little more in-depth info on transmissions and the pass itself in a recent RV Miles YouTube video:

After a break, we dive into one of our most favorite drive to-date, the Million Dollar Highway! Taking the drive from Durango to Ouray and back was just something we will never forget. Do not miss this drive if you are in the area.

Following another break, we dive into our fresh tank/black tanks for the week. Abby is thrilled to welcome Baby Yoda to the family, thanks to Ethan turning 10 and wishing for nothing more than an almost life-size Baby Yoda! Jason’s fresh tank is all about thunderstorms and rain after a quick storm left us with pea sized hail all around our campground!

That’s it for this week! Keep loggin’ those RV Miles and we’ll see you on the road!
